Chefs use fresh, local and seasonal ingredients to create food that is traditional with a modern twist. Food is inspired by the seasonal produce of Shropshire and our surrounding counties, and many of the ingredients are handmade at Ludlow Farmshop which is onsite. Meat is reared in the surrounding fields and is prepared by the award-winning butchers at Ludlow Farmshop. Food is full of flavour and every dish has been carefully created to give you a dining experience to remember.
The Clive Bar, with adjoining courtyard, provides a comfortable area for enjoying local traditional ales, a wide range of wines and cocktails.
There are many foodie events throughout the year, including a seasonal Game Night and popular Steak Experience.
