Hen House is a charming garden cottage at the heart of Brook Farm, just 7 miles from Ludlow. It’s a refurbishment of part of the old stables and granary and in the years before its renovation it was the home for many happy hens! It's 'super cute' and a perfect spot to relax and get away from it all!
Hen House is situated in a quiet rural location, surrounded by a beautiful, picturesque garden……somewhere to enjoy the bounteous beauty of nature, relax with a glass of wine in the early evening – or just a place for quiet reflection
Hen House sleeps two guests and is a wonderfully romantic retreat – warm, welcoming and magical, with everything you need for a relaxing break. It has a spacious open plan layout – and is all on one level.
Layout:
Kitchen and dining area: Fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, fridge freezer and electric cooker), farmhouse dining table.
Living area: Comfy sofa, armchair, throws, Smart TV and DVD player
Bedroom: King-sized bed, exposed beam ceiling
Bathroom / dressing room: Bath (with shower), WC, wardrobe and drawers.
Cinema . In studio above Hen House - comfy sofas, streaming services / DVDs (your own cinema for your entire stay!)
There’s central heating and we also provide linen and towels. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the Store Room next to Hen House.
Hen House also has a lovely private garden, including a magical sunset view up a set of steps next to the cottage. Parking is about 45 metres (along a gravel path) from the cottage. Beyond that, it’s surrounded by nine acres of beautiful gardens, meadow and woodland. Find a lovely spot to sit and watch the sun set, or just be……Enjoy an evening drink or a barbecue (guests can use a Firebowl).
