The Studio is recently refurbished and offers a unique & spacious riverside retreat for two guests, just a short walk from town. South facing and directly overlooking the water (and resident kingfishers), previous guests have described it as "...probably the nicest place to stay in Ludlow...a little piece of paradise on the banks of the River Teme."
We have been welcoming guests for more than 22 years and a very high proportion of them return many times to enjoy the peaceful location.
The Studio has been refurbished with modern facilities throughout, yet it retains a unique character, and the lovely river views never fail to impress.
There is private off-road parking and direct access for fishing. Short breaks are available throughout the year, and we do not insist on Saturday arrivals. Strictly no smoking and sorry, but no pets.
The ground floor offers a huge living / dining area, a separate well-equipped kitchen and a modern shower room. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable king-sized bed with lovely white linens.
Outside the patio area faces south and is exclusively for the use of guests, with table and chairs and large gas barbecue. Access to The Studio is through our garden, which you are welcome to use during your stay.
Ideal for nature lovers with kingfishers regularly fishing just below the bay window, you may even see a family of otters!
You can easily walk into town from here and the nearest pub is just 5 minutes away. There’s also easy access to some lovely walking trails on Whitcliffe Common and onwards into the beautiful Mortimer Forest.
