Car Parks: The three principal car parks in the centre of Ludlow are at Upper Galdeford (Somerfield), Lower Galdeford (Smithfield), and Castle Street. They operate on a pay-and-display basis. The car park closes after the arrival of the last bus from the town centre at approximately 5.50pm. All buses are fully accessible and have low floor access, they are ideal for parents with pushchairs and people who are less mobile. The buses also have a ramp to aid access for wheelchair users. There are connections at Crewe and Manchester for the North, Shrewsbury for Birmingham and the Midlands and the Cambrian Line and connections at Newport (Wales) for London and the South East and Bristol and the South West. Ludlow's railway station is a short walk (about 5 minutes) from the town centre or you can catch the town bus service which passes every 15 minutes.
