The Access Group meets bi-monthly generally in Ludlow at the Bishop Mascall Cantre but also arranges at least one of its meetings eleswhere in the district.

All meetings take place at the Bishop Mascall Centre, Ludlow unless otherwise stated. Meetings start at 7.30 pm.
